Slight rule change for Amateur classes - this was previously a single rF pro point in SX or outdoors.

I like the new rules! Keep the "elite" in the "elite" class, and helps people make the transition into the Pro ranks.

Curious on track release date? Is it going to be a couple days before, the day before, or the day of the race? Because if it's the day of then I gaurentee I can't make a single one lol.
