How about the protest becomes void if it's withdrawn?

It did if you read the protest. The protest was rF Gaming v Connor Holyak.nickuzick wrote:How about the protest becomes void if it's withdrawn?

Yes but it was clear Zoa had no problem with it anymore and withdrew the protest and i don't know how many times rf members say "oh it wasnt protested so we can't ban him" well technically zoa didn't protest him anymore and there should be no reason for it to be looked at. Rf should only come in with a ban if it is something major. I think everybody that has seen the video can agree it was not major. I would be glad to plead Connor's case like i did to Zoa to have him change his mind in an attempt to have you lift the ban.Hi Im Skyqe wrote:No that is not what I said. You asked me if Zoa withdrew his protest then would Connor not be banned. I told you I would have to talk with everyone else. I never said it would be withdrawn as that is not a decision that I can make on my own.motocross_will wrote:Really a bummer to see rf ruin it all by themselves. Peter had originally said that if Zoa was ok with withdrawing the ban that Connor would not get banned. Zoa then withdrew the ban realizing that it wasn't a big deal. Hate to see that the rf crew came in and ruined connors only break. Such a shame to see a title contender to go out for such a small thing. #RIPHolyak2016

Please tell me how they are stupid? They made a good decision. For someone who was almost permanently banned and basically on probation, probably should think before they do some dumb ass shit like punting people. Connors break wasnt ruined by rF, it was ruined by himself. I also have gyazos from chat where he absolutely went off on who i think was zoa. So in the last few days he hasnt been being as smart as he could. No ones fault other than hisFoster_712 wrote:You guy's are fucking stupid.

DP doesnt matter if it wasnt major, hes still on "probation" and should be doing his best to not do anything

Cameras for tonight (rd5), put the WHOLE folder in your personal folder. In case you already have such a folder, merge them.

I thought my protest was fair, I did cost holyak the race but it was a complete accident, I have apologized many many many many times

Re: 2016 rF Pro MotoOption and Am FAMmx Supercross Series
Penalties can only be given if we see something happen.
A protest is a guarantee that we will see it and take a look at it.
Connor made the choice during outdoors to go on a punting spree during outdoors. After this, here are the comments by the rF staff ruling on protests:
Intentional punts many times affect more than just the rider who is targeted (ie. DDavis at round 2 taking out Zack Dupuis when really going to divebomb Tyler Crain for recent memory) and also the carnage blocks the track and causes more chaos - and we can all agree there is enough of that already.
If a protest is withdrawn and it hasn't been reviewed, and we didn't see it live, or catch it while going through demos doing other protests, then it is dead at that point. This one had already been reviewed by multiple people prior to it being withdrawn.

Connor gets upset that he isn't doing good and takes out quite a few people. Cost many riders positions and completely ruined some peoples races. In my opinion a ban for remainder of Nationals at minimum but I believe he should be permanently banned from rF.
I agree with the permanent ban on Holyak, I saw the carnage he caused and it would not fall short of said penalty.
We did him a FAVOR by letting him race SX, but under a strict condition to stay out of trouble. He CHOSE to make a bone-head move and intentionally punt someone. Don't downplay this, it was not a pass attempt, it was a straight up punt. Given his history, he's once again LUCKY he is able to race outdoors.Holyak looks just like Vanderlee's prior and we banned him for rest of outdoors as well.

0 rules on someone crashing another persons game halfway through lap 1 and no action is taken. I was back in the server before lap 1 was even finished from all the racers AND Nick Uzick said something the second Dunivant (I believe was the one that hit me, I cant tell because it crashed my game so quickly... will upload Demo once I get it from someone) crashed my game halfway through the first lap.
This is the only rule I found somewhat related BUT I have no control of someone crashing my game? So what action is taken here? When both RF and I cant control this.

We really need some type of rule for this so it doesnt happen in the future again or to another racer.

lol sorry spinelli and whoever that ended up costing a crash near the end, apparently i need to work on endurance, havent been making mains so forgot that consistency for 20 laps was so hard, i did not mean to jump sketchy like that and tried to ride off track but washed my front end
