Neither of your situations are similar to the one you experienced, though. In both situations there is potential danger toward the other racers. In your case, you were the only one that could be affected after your game crashed. I have no idea what happened or how/why it did, but I believe I read that your game crashed after being hit and going through a whoop. That's not a problem with the track specifically, so it's not rF's fault. It's possible that jlv can try to make the game less likely to crash in such a situation, but it's still a game and it will never be perfect.

I never said it was your fault. The rule is intended to cover situations that are totally random and out of our (meaning everyone) control.

I'm curious if there was a server admin watching the race/chat. It's very possible that whoever that was missed it and that is why the restart didn't happen. I think that if there was an admin present in the server to notice stuff like this then it would have been red flagged and none of this would have happened.

The only way something like that would be caught is if the only thing Wheels did was read the chat. I barely look at it anymore because it's just all random BS from people I don't know and scrolls up so fast you can't keep up. Showing someone disconnecting and reconnecting and mentioning it would be drowned out in a few seconds.

I understand your frustration, I wouldn't be thrilled if it happened to me, either. However, as others have said, there is a rule. I take what you're saying as "I wish there were a rule to red flag track/game glitches," but that is not the guidelines for those situations rF has set forth. Game/track glitches fall 100% into the "out of our control" category, which is why there is a rule for your situation - I just don't think it's the rule that you would like to have in place, which again, is understandable from your point of view.
