2016 rF Gaming Pro and Amateur Nationals
Re: 2016 rF Gaming Pro and Amateur Nationals
I'm hoping downloading the low version of the object pack is the solution. Not going to lie I get pretty bad OCD when I can't see people's skins and I'm racing a bunch of stock models
Ever since I've had this PC it has never been an issue, and even when I did get in I still had 125 fps, so it isn't an FPS issue.

Scrams prevent people from ripping the saf file and getting the pngs. It's there to protect the models that cost money if my understanding is correct.clw1115934 wrote:Scarms? Does anyone else feel weird lag during the whole race? Was running 125fps with no drops and 10 ping with a low offset. Im not sure what's happening.

I know what they're for genius I just think they're are stupid and I myself don't care to use them for skins or team packs I make.AHeckman2 wrote:Scrams prevent people from ripping the saf file and getting the pngs. I wasn't telling you what they were, you obviously already knew what they were if you said you weren't a fan of them "genius". And no one cares if you're a fan of them or not.TH_722 wrote:I know what they're for genius I just think they're are stupid and I myself don't care to use them for skins or team packs I make.AHeckman2 wrote: Scrams prevent people from ripping the saf file and getting the pngs. Yeah Devin cares and you know who else cares? Everybody who gets terrible load in times and times out because everybody feels the need to scram their files. Also who cares if your files get ripped if somebody rips your stuff then you just know theyre an asshole and if the post a screenshot or a team pack on the forum then they get banned and you got someone toxic out of the community.Ddavis wrote:I careAHeckman2 wrote:And no one cares if you're a fan of them or not.

I didnt know that scramming causes lag. I get why people scram though, but I'm way too lazy to care about doing it myself. I personally don't care for scramming either, but it does have its uses.
Re: 2016 rF Gaming Pro and Amateur Nationals
I'm just still confused as to why I timed out. I've always ran everyone's team skins, but for some reason it caused it to go over the cliff at Glen Helen and timed me out before the race. I think I figured out what I'm going to do, and I know some people aren't going to appreciate it, but I took the main teams skins and renamed riders I don't care to see. I kept probably the top 10 in points skins, so if I'm being lapped or racing on the first lap with people I can tell the difference between a rider like Hunter and Mullins compared to someone else I'm battling with. If I'm in a pack of riders and we're being lapped, it is easier to let them bye if they're the only one in my group with skins. You know what I mean? I'm sure the people putting their team packs together would be a bit annoyed by this, but FFS if it helps me load in quicker without sacrificing not being able to see anyone's skins I'm doing it
