Re: 2015 Dead Meat MXGP Pro/Am Championships Info
I'm just frustrated because you decided to take such a small irrelevant track cut on the first corner and made a huge deal of it, because now i'm suspended from a pro round. Thanks. I was trying to get back in title contention here and I was closing in with my win last week, but I should have known better. There's always some dick that will complain about the stupidest shit.

Round 2 Penalties
Braden Carter: 1 round suspension from am's for causing multiple issues for the leaders while be lapped by not attempting to get out of the way. And in some cases aggressively re-passing them.
Taylor Davis: 1 round suspension from am's for causing multiple issues for the leaders while being lapped. He also punted multiple riders.
Tanner Rogers (Motoagogo in the am race): 1 round suspension from pro's due to him severely cutting the track in am's.
Also as a note to all pro's and riders in general. From now on if a rider tries to race both am's and pro's they will be subject to a penalty. Also using another rider's name in our races is no longer allowed.
These penalties can not be appealed.
I will be making an info post later today with all the info you guys should need regarding protests. So that our protest/penalty system can become more consistent.

Moto, bro, you cut 26 positions. I hardly call that irrelevant. If you want to make that claim, fine, but let's look at this within the perspective that is MX Sim - a simulator. If you make a cut from 34 to 8 by pulling that IRL, that shit won't fly. I have no dog in this fight, and I guess...guess...how I can maybe...maybe...see how you think it isn't a big deal, but you can't honestly go off track, pick up 26 positions, and then act like there's no way it could even be a little bit bad. You do the crime, you pay the time. Take your medicine and show up next round ready to rip.motokid499 wrote:I'm just frustrated because you decided to take such a small irrelevant track cut on the first corner and made a huge deal of it, because now i'm suspended from a pro round. Everyone just drop it, he has been penalized. It's over, move on with your lives.

Protest/Penalty System
Penalties:
1st Offense: Warning
- A warning will be given for first time offenders of small violations. Warnings can also be given out in bulk to several riders at once.
2nd Offense: 1 Round Suspension
- A second time offender, or a rider who commits a major violation as their first offense will be suspended for one round.
3rd Offense: Multi-Round Suspension
- A third time offender will be suspended 2-5 rounds based on the severity of the violation.
4th Offense: Series Ban
- A fourth time offender will be suspended for the entire series no matter the severity of the violation.
Minor Violations:
- Holding up a leader for 1-2 corners.
- Taking out a leader by being careless.
Major Violations:
- Cutting the track and gaining an advantage over other riders.
- Purposely taking out riders.
- Purposely taking out leaders while being lapped.
- Purposely holding up the a leader for 3+ corners.
- Aggressively re-passing leaders.
- Cross jumping a leader.
- Going backwards on the track into traffic.
- Racing pro's and am's in the same week.
- Impersonating another rider.
Protests:
- To protest you must PM me no later than the Tuesday following the race.
- You must include a detailed description of the incident and a GIF of the incident.
- We are more interested in protests about major violations. So keep that in mind when filing protests. For example: If a rider holds you up for 2 corners while you are lapping him, there will probably be no penalty, just a warning. We should be able to catch most minor violations while reviewing the demo's ourselves after the races.
Also I'm sure more violations will be added to each list as we go.

Speaking on penalties, on rd3 track some people leave the track to step up the table top, will this be allowed during the race?

Re: 2015 Dead Meat MXGP Pro/Am Championships Info
I just want to say this, for the last damn time, A: NO IT WAS NOT ME (for anyone that does not know it was not me, I cannot commentate yet race at the same time live unless it was 1st person only which is how I ride...) B: This situation sucks and lets just move on. He did not use my UID, he did not have my Key, he just used my name as a joke. That is it. If I get 1 more damn email or DM about this issue I swear I am pulling out of the series. I am tired of this, and hope its just over and done with. Period.
Re: 2015 Dead Meat MXGP Pro/Am Championships Info
Well since he is a Pro..... Maybe just ban his UID from racing Ams? Problem solved!!! And yea Moto, if anyone needs proof, it's as simple as re watching your last stream.

Still, you should not be using another UID to race ams when you're clearly fast enough to win pro like you did and run someone else's name to try to be funny and end up making them look bad.motokid499 wrote:Jack is my brother.ConnerPeavy wrote:How come the UID that Tanner Rogers was using in the Amateur race matches up to Jack Clubine? Re: 2015 Dead Meat MXGP Pro/Am Championships Info
Just to be clear, it was done as a joke in the first place, and everything just got out of hand. It was actually Motoagogo's idea to begin with, and then I just kept going with it. Anyways, it's my fault. I take full blame. I should have assumed the risks of it and expected overreactions and silly protests.ConnerPeavy wrote:Still, you should not be using another UID to race ams when you're clearly fast enough to win pro like you did and run someone else's name to try to be funny and end up making them look bad.motokid499 wrote:Jack is my brother.ConnerPeavy wrote:How come the UID that Tanner Rogers was using in the Amateur race matches up to Jack Clubine? That reminds me.Norcal_51 wrote:Speaking on penalties, on rd3 track some people leave the track to step up the table top, will this be allowed during the race?
Regarding the step up
While we can't regulate that line for qualifying, we will be looking for it during the races. If you are seen doing it multiple times, or if you do it once and cause issues with other riders (land on them etc.) it will be treated as a track cut and you will be penalized accordingly.
