3)yes
4)8 laps to 10 min

And you should have Kawi test track as the final round

ha, well as being a guy that doesn't really like supercross, would you still participate in most events? or should I make this a REALLY short series, because I don't think many people love supercross, but I still want to do a series of it at least to change it up

lol, i don't care i just want people to race, even if you aren't feelin it, and you just send in the first demo you make, with tons of crashs, and get last, you still get over 10 points probably and make the championship closer! haha

Birmingham. Kawa has got to be the last one. If theres a close points battle that track would make it interesting.

no way, houston and st jones are probably the best SX tracks made.

Why not just add another round?
I might have a Anaheim 3 replica done pretty soon aswell
PM me if you interested for me to release it say 1 week before the race.

hm, well I am hoping to get this series started with the first demo due next monday the 18th...and i know! there are so many good SX tracks, but I wanted a shorter series to get the numbers sorted, and because not many people like sx, they don't have the patience! I would do more rounds, but it seems that only like 4 or 5 of you are interested so far! i think i will exclude houston still...sorry, but this will still be a kick ass series! It would be appreciated however if someone can put hay bales or track markers on the sx tracks that lack them, kawi track, st jones, etc, they don't have to have collision on, but just markers so people know to stay on track! A3 will have to wait and be a part of sx series 2 after nationals, but you guys should try to make many sx tracks so we can race on all newer tracks!!!

So update after input - now what do you think?

Schedule
Rd 1 - Anaheim1 SX 2009 (5/18)
Rd 2 - Indianapolis SX 2008 (5/25)
Rd 3 - Epic (6/1)
Rd 4 - Birmingham SX (6/8)
Rd 5 - Saint Jones sx (6/15)
Rd 6 - Kawi Test Track (6/22)

General Rules:
NO CHEATING/TRACK CUTTING!
No late Demos because it is not fair to everyone else
Must use an approved number
Sim Physics Only
Only send in 1 demo
Sandbagging is dumb and not allowed! I will generally let you finish the current series and then move you up! (unless it is only the first round)
You can use 2 and 4 strokes as this will be considered open for now, until 450's come out, then we will change it up and split classes
Demos should be named: (ApprovedNumber)(Class)(Round number).mxdemo (Same as WMSA)
Demos should be sent to ME! sweendoggy18

Penalties can be given out at anytime, for any reason i see fit, and they can range from a DNF - 0 points, a time penalty, position penalty, etc

Points
1st - 25
2nd - 23
3rd - 21
4th - 19
5th - 18
6th - 17
and so on
Holeshot Bonus Points +1

Number Rules:
For this first series, use the number you already have registered through WMSA

At the end of this season I will contact the riders in order of their championship finish for each class via PM and I will let everyone choose their numbers in this way after each championship, so RACE HARD!

If you do not race at least half of the races in the previous series, you must use a 3 digit number or receive a DNF

if you are forced to use a 3 digit number (doesn't apply if you chose a 3 digit number) you will just sign up like normal and I will record your number for the series at that time

The Champion is urged (not required) to proudly run the number 1 with red backgrounds

Team Championship:
In Order to gain points for your team, you must use the official team skin in races

Must be a member of the team, PRIOR to the first round (I.E. Teams are considered finalized on first round due date even if people join late)

Only 4 team members may score points (highest combination of 4 team members score points)
