OK, since I view this whole situation as very Minor, I'm going to revoke Juan's Penalties, and just give this warning to him and Jones. Leave each other alone, because the other guy will protest you in a second...

Furthermore, me and wheels are going to take a LONG look at our penalty/protest system. You will NOT see a rulebook, and ultimately the final call will be rF's to make, however our system will be improved, and we will be prepared for this issue in the future. We honestly didn't anticipate this situation very well...we can only do so much...

Lets move on and go to Oakland now. I have personally spend right around 5 hours analyzing and talking about this situation with the rF team. Me and Wheels have a SOLID game plan for protests/appeals and the whole process for the future, and I am excited to release that to you guys soon...as it will hopefully squash the "rF is biased opinion" you guys seem to have hallucinated...

What the fuck don't you understand about this. You were NOT trying to pass him. You WERE trying to knock him down. You didn't even hit the brakes in one of those hits. Jeesus. If I was JLV I'd have forum banned you by now.
ok, ur not jlv and u cant ban me so stfu. i dont remember where i mentioned your name on the history, jones take me out intentionally tool , i gibe to him a payback with a blockpass ;) , JONES IS DIRTY , Rf guys cant see this?

Juan. GIVE UP, YOU ARE DQ'D IM NOT. I WAS GOING TO PASS YOU. YOU ARE A JOKE KID.
It will be in the new protest rules, that if you are involved in a protest, you are NOT allowed to weigh in on the decision backlash (as there will always be backlash).

Eh, sort of. Lots of people bitched. I'm happy this happened. Now I know rF needs to be better on the "protest" front, and we will be. It was a bit shady the way things went down, Juan didn't know about the penalty until the decision was alread made, that is not good, Both guys came on the forums bitching or gloating, which isn't good...the whole situation needs to be handled more structured. I think the final call was correct, I still truley believe that Juan was MORE at fault than jones. Analysis in the future will still come from the judgment of rF, however the system that we go about implementing a protest will be MUCH better (recieving a offical protest form, with a description, lap of incident, etc (some effort put in by protestor, instead of 30 seconds of crying, and 5 hours of work from rF, contacting both parties, allowing a few days to pass before making a final decision, making both parties agree to not engage in ANY aftermath of the decision, etc) The true details of our new protest system will be released soon, but this altercation is NOT worth this backlash, it was way to minor to allow this to continue.

So, what you're saying is that I can do whatever I would like to on the track as long as I am willing to put the time into crying about it on the forums to get any penalties I might incur revoked? Solid decision making there....

I love Die's ignorance. Juan is no where near the speed of the leaders in these races, and yet he tries to act like Juan is being discriminated against so that American's have a shot at winning.

I like yFMX's stance on the subject.
