Because you put the load on the CPU instead of the GPU.

Anyway someone can make a JM to get rid of trees etc? my fps is aids on every version of the track

With low res or high res? My cpu isnt the best but i have a decent gfx card

Honestly, I don't know. That is extremely strange. Something could be going wrong with the packaging process of the track? Are you running higher settings on low res? Are your settings the same between the 2? Are you in a server? Running the same model/skin setup? Is this FPS range from single player with no AI? A lot of different things can contribute to FPS.

All I know, it certainty isn't because you are putting the load on the CPU instead of the GPU. That doesn't make remote sense.
