2016 rF Gaming Pro and Amateur Nationals

The 450 class from tonight experienced some extreme server issues outside of our control. The decision to try and run it was made after the server seemed stable enough and the lag throughout the first portion of the race was not awesome, but deemed bearable knowing everyone was facing the same circumstances. When lag continued to get worse versus better, we had intended to finish the moto and have an official meeting on whether the results would be counted or the full event would be re-run. At approximately 25 minutes in, it continued to worsen and it was ruled there was no way the results from the race should hold up and both motos in their entirety should be re-scheduled.

We will keep you updated on a re-schedule date sometime following this weekend for the 450 class from Millville.

Sometimes things out of our control happen and we do our best to be on top of it.

It isn't real life, there was no one's safety in danger by letting the race run...

Why not just use a fammx server or something like that, that has been done before.

The same lag that was 28 mins in happened in lap 1-2. If they didn't red flag at that time, why would there be a redflag with 2mins + 2 laps to go?

Plus, we ran more than 90% of the race ... so race finished as this?

The lag wasn't the same for everyone as im hearing. i was lagging terrible, as were a bunch of others. And having someone riding making a decision seems fishy and heavily biased. But when some people had lag like the end of the moto at the beginning and you guys could have possibly raced and finished and voted seemed scketchy. its all good now its over.

in the FUTURE, i would say we should get an instant black flag

This was the original plan and why it went so late; however, the lag became so bad that there was no way we could count it.

We'll re-rack them at a later date. Official info will come after the weekend.

Have a good weekend and instead of being upset, you got more laps for your money this way

Your quotes said nothing. Basically. Why the fuck wait to red flag. I would have wanted a refund if those results counted. Now its fine, the only argument is, WHY WAIT SO LONG. it was lagging on the first lap.

You complain that they won't red flag the race with the quote: "Then you let it go and now i bet the excuse will be "we cant restart at 15 minutes" when all you guys did was let it get this far." Then you complain that they do it too late. They got it right, sit back and relax.

For me anyhow, the first few laps weren't terrible. Lap 5 or so I got stuck inside of a unknown object in the middle of the track... From there it kept getting worse as the race went on.
