Tom, thanks for the in-depth review of the track. I am sure Haggqvist will read it at some point and as always take the criticism.

Re: Track review: Fermo
My first impression was also like, oh crap, this is red bud2. But then I just figuered it out how to ride it. In real life it's also a super difficult track. Youthstream water the track a lot on friday and saturday morning, allowing to get some nasty bumps on the downhill and get those super tiny, but concrete hard ruts. And that's something I had troubles with. Those tiny, but very sharp/square ruts and bumps. But that's racing on hard pack, that's how the soil reacts and develops. So no complains on my part, I look at it more as a challenge to overcome.
My opinion is that it's a perfect replica from what I could see on tv while watching the GP's, it couldn't be better!

But v'waard is IRL also a better track, so good job to hagg and rafagas and the rest for making it so realistic

Re: Track review: Fermo
I just LOVE this track. Ruts almost reaches perfection. I love seeing my rear wheel going sideway on a jump because of the ruts on the face of the jump. I just feel like an AMA pro rider!
Just that, if tracks graphics continue to improve like that, JLV really needs to focus on improving the game for less lagging!
And I just regret i can not see uphill while playing 3rd person view...
Oh! And seriously guys. If you want unrealistic scrubs tracks there are plenty of them available for DL...
Hat off to the track makers. Thank you!

Re: Track review: Fermo
My first impression was bad, I didn't like the track. I kept crashing on the ruts. But then, I just got used to it. But just 1 thing, I think the ruts on this track are not really good. They're just too tight , and it's really hard to get speed out of them. And ruts on the jumps weren't necessary, I think. But overall, great job

Re: Track review: Fermo
I think the track if awesome. Cant say enough good things about it. The second table with the ruts on the takeoff I s a bit tricky but oh welll every track needs its difficult obstacle.
The ground norm or spec maps are giving me framerate issues (running an i5 and gtx660). I tried all versions from high to low and have problems with my framerate dropping down to 50 with shaders/direct or shaders/copy enabled. I can run all other tracks with a full gate 125 pinned with 40 riders on the generic high settings. Is anyone else having these issues? I checked my navidia control pannel and didn't notice anything abnormal so idk??

DK446 : There is a micro_res version have you tried it yet? It may solve your problem.
Track is hard to handle for cumputers. I'm having issue woth frame rate too.

Good review!
The only thing I dont agree on are the tables. They are just fine like in real life. The approach + the ruts (+ BALLSZ) make tables in real life hard to jump and that is what I have to do on this track. I have to time them, just like IRL.
It is an awesome track, with a lot of depth. It took me only a few corners to recognize the GP track they rode last year. Very realistic, love the ruts in the jumps, the braking bumps everywhere!
The only thing I hate about this track is that I totally suck on it, I could ride valkenswaard multiple laps without falling, but this track is kicking my ass
