The "2nd warning" is just an extra reminder to him. If the plaintiff hadn't asked for it to be said, it would have just been labeled as a no penalty since the situation most likely wouldn't have resulted in a penalty regardless.
I get the point you're trying to make, but in the end it doesn't apply to this situation.
Just for the record ethan i never protested you. Ive never protested anyone but if i did it would of been sean klein for being a total doosh taking me out on purpose at least 4 times. From now on id appreciate it if you guys didnt bring my name into things in the future if i dont bring it up. As stated before i didnt protest anyone so i dont want it to look like i did but since you guys took things into your own hands then why didnt you see sean klein doing what he did to me and others? If anyone deserved a penalty it was him. Thanks for everything you guys do. Had fun even tho i sucked and dicks were flying all around. I guess in sim it rains dicks these days. See you wednesday

Your name was mentioned purely because you were involved in the incident. And we didn't take things into our own hands, the protest was sent in by one of your teammates with the wording "Posting for Atkinson" leading me to believe you were indeed the rider protesting.

If you're referring to this last round I'd love to see the (at least) four incidents.
People complain a lot about lappers but every time I came round to lap someone they moved out of the way so fair does to them. I would definitely say Alex Heckman is the most dangerous guy on the track, the guy tried to t bone me but instead screwed himself over, I would have protested him but didn't get round to it. I looked past it but then I saw he'd been protested by someone else for been dangerous. Also thinking back to the first round and the way he was riding out of control then as well, and he did receive a warning for that. This makes me think this guy just doesn't care about other riders, complains about other people but then rides dangerously himself. Just saying, watch out for him because he'll ruin your race to benefit himself. Thanks for running the series it's been fun and track choices are on point.

If you are talking about coming back onto the start stretch, you were swinging out so wide I was nearly positive that you were going to go outside, if I hadn't slide out a bit myself I would have easily passed you. But instead you go diving to the inside and I catch your back thus putting me upside down. Stop complaining about shit that didn't even harm you. When I got into Doyon, it was an accident, I went a little to fast into the corner and doyon went slower than I expected. Just like at round 1, I didn't intentionally t-bone Storken, I was planning on checking up and letting him rail around, but, people are just going slower than I expect. I just need to account for people going slower than expected I guess.

Round one actions <3 JK, I can see that the tbone was a mistake. Much hope, little luck, those things happen. Especially in ams where everyone is really sketchy.

I followed the rut in the corner perfectly so don't lie. Also, regardless as to whether or not you thought I was going inside or not, when you saw I was going inside, you still tried to wreck me, I just got lucky that you didn't. You could have checked up when you saw I was going inside but you kept going. You can deny that you were at fault all you want mate but with multiple instances of people having problems with you this series, I think it speaks for itself.
AHeckman2 wrote:Yea I kept going cuz I wa hoping to teach your dumb ass to hold a line. I was going to your inside, you went way wider than I had seen anyone else go.
Says a lot about your ability to hold a reasonable conversation when you start calling me a "dumb ass". I don't care what you "saw" me do, "teaching" my "dumb ass" is not good racing mate I don't know if that's occurred to you. If you act like an idiot whilst racing then don't be surprised when you get protested or people say stuff about it.
