I dont know you at all, I dont know if you are a respectable member who values other peoples work. Obviously you made an innocent mistake and Im sorry for calling you an idiot. But from my point of view I just saw someone I do not know anything about come on and post a skin showing the KTM template, which there has been so many issues with. I just thought here goes another person trying to be popular and give out a template that isnt theirs.

Again im sorry.

By the way, that is an awesome skin

thank you for understanding. must not be because im well known by someone. 8) i still thank ddmx for giving it to me. i had that CCM idea the minute i saw the model. he knows my work well over at MXHQ. instead of just politely asking how i got it or pointing out that mistake you blasted me. with reflex coming out, this community has to embrace people with open arms, not stuff garbage down their throat at he first chance they got. giopanda... i dont care if i offend you or not. its not my concern. i work hard on stuff and get it ripped also. its apart of modern technology. like dj said, if someone REALLY wanted it they would have just unsaf'd it by now. dont be so smug about your work. its a real turn off to ever wanting to help with anything youre related with.

i think there might be a bit of a language barrier with gio also. He may not interpret things how you guys want and he may come off harsher than what he is trying. just hope everyone understands. i could be way off also lol

ok i think it's time for my apologies too..
the fact is that there's no language barrier to me, i think..i can understand and explain myself pretty well in english.
anyway the fact that i got so angry is because we did a lot to keep that template "secret" and you posted like fresh water on the forum..luckily got deleted pretty soon and hope noone got it.
i have to agree that if someone wanted to rip it he could have done it from the saf, and getting it from the picture you posted was pretty hard.
add the fact that shading are now pointless due to shaders i think i just over reacted to your post.
so you made a mistake and i made a mistake, i think everything is over now.
btw, the ccm skin is looking great!
if you want i can add it to my normal and specular maps and include it in the next ktm release, what you think?

Sounds good. I only have one question though. I talked to ddmx about it but he said it was too much of a hassle. How much of a hassle would it be to put a different front fender on the model? I know it would have to technically be a new model, but the CCM's have more of an older looking Kawi or Honda front fender and not a KTM (all their other plastics are KTM). I planned on just releasing it in the shape of a KTM front fender but if something else could be done that would be awesome.

Take your skin name, and do _norm after it ( _spec for specular map). Of course this is before the file extension.

I finally seem to have a specular map I like. Gave up on trying to understand it and just tried different things until I found one I liked :lol:

That almost looks like latex or leather, I think when you make it a bit less "shiny" it'll look better, or is this just for own use cuz then I haven't said a thing lol.
