pretty proud for the wireframe, took me 2 hours to handle those technics. looks pretty simple but i had to scale horizantal and vertical and stuff like that.
made verything myself, including shading and carbon pattern, the pattern isnt really good cause it doesnt line up right.

You wasted a lot of space on the bottom, could turn that vertical piece horizontal, put the two circle parts by each other, split the canister from the smaller diameter tubing and move that and then you could make the canister bigger.
Still some wasted space, the stuff on the bottom probably doesn't have to be that big either though. I'm not good at UVW mapping so there's most definitely a better way than that .

heck yeah, i could have split it XD. still a magure improvement since my last exhaust i made.
the squire at the left bottom is were i now have that carbon. and the tip is just unwrapped bad with alot of stretching.
thats why it took me 2 hours cause of the stretching everywere

Actually, i think that the canister should be seperate. Just a rectangle like in the last picture. But also, you should have the end caps' polys all connected except one line of edges. When you do that, and unfold the objects, they will curl around a bit, but they won't stretch. I agree with Yz on the smaller tubing part. Make it seperate, but instead, have all of the polys connected besides one line of edges (in this case, it's one edge).
A little reasoning behind this: The pieces that i would have seperated don't need to match up (the canister's carbon fiber doesn't have to match up with the end caps because they are different objects). Even if more than one object had the same carbon fiber texture on it, the texture wouldn't line up perfect in real life.
For the skin, to make the skin line up on the parts that are seperated, try to get the last few pixels before the edge of the wireframe the same color. So with the carbon fiber, you can make a shadow that's 100% black with 100% opacity that covers those last pixels before the edges of the wireframe. The black will match up on the model, and you won't see a crease.
ok some parts i get and some not, should i send you the model so you can unwrap it and show me how you would do it.
would be verry nice so i could improve myself

Yeah sure, i can do it up real fast. If i get right to it, it'll really only take a couple minutes. Post it on here, or pm, whatever you're comfortable with.
feel free to try unwrapping it and maybe skinning it, or using it somehow .

Im not very good at modelling but i had a go at unwrapping it. Im going to try skinning it, but could you explain how you preview your skins on the model in wings 3d? i have never been able to figure it out and have always imported it into blender to render it.
file -> import image, then select your skin. and then window -> outliner. there you will have youre skin drag it onto the object, called cilinder ( in the outliner window ).. something and diffuce it.
when you have alot of objects and you will not be able to drag it onto all the objects, do pick up youre skin and drop it on the object
