As far as I can tell by seeing the requests on this thread, there's nothing they you can't teach them that would be beneficial...seems like the farthest into it most of these guys can get is opening photoshop :?

Haha. pretty much.

I spent a good two hours on gimp trying to add number plates to a bike and only got a half assed one done. But the bike has no graphics, it's just a template so I don't know what the hell to do. Looks like turds with just numbers on it.
I also cant open any saf files on gimp to add name and number to gear. Can I only do that on photoshop?

Don't know why you'd need to open a saf file to skin something.

lol I don't know what the f I'm doing. The gear I want to add numbers to is the 2013 thor streak. And i can only find an saf file in my personal file that says thor streak. Maybe I deleted the folder that it originally came from I don't know.
What type of file should I be looking for to edit gear?
I'm really not that bad with computers. I use sonar and fruitloops to record/make music just fine. this shits just new to me.
