Ah yes i get it! Thank you attacker and boblob. I model the most that i can and than click apply to the modifier and than i can edit the other side. Thank you a lot. :D The cutout will be released soon. Attacker i have one question, how do you make yours so smooth looking and mine is all blocky? Do i have to subdivide?

The smoothness of the model is all determined where the normals are pointing. By default, in blender, the model is Faceted, where each face has its normals pointing straight out from it and the surrounding faces has no influence on the normal vectors. When you start smoothing the model, either by smoothing groups in max or some way in blender, the normal will start to merge, which will not always look good, but rather blobby. You can control this blobyness by edge splitting your model where you want hard edges to be.

To set the angle at what blender smooths your faces, you will have to ask someone else, I dont know how to do it in blender. But basically, you are getting faceted results because your normal blend angle is set to 0 degrees. This shouldent really be a problem as it is good to model in a faceted mode, and when you export the model, mxs will automatically blend all the normals anyway. I believe mxs' angle is 100 degrees.

Cheers

a cutout already? paul.. i know you are going to be super excited to release this bike. as we all are to have it. but just my opinion, take your time and get it done right the first time. there should be no rush. they arent even available IRL yet. it would be cool to wait and make .jm's for different pipes and stuff when the aftermarket companies start producing those new duals.

Derp. I forgot the disc and sprocket are attached to a wheel model, never mind then. Carry on doing what you do.

And if your feeling froggy, throw that badass transponder you had for the KTM on this baby. O, unbreakable levers would be pretty sweet too!!!
