Seat looks too high poly. Tank edge looks really flat. Looks like some of the quads aren't perfectly flat; the two triangles that make them up look bent in most cases. You don't need to model the gaps in the plastic

For 3Dmax - to transform in edited poly, then to allocate poly which it is necessary to smooth (without sharp lines), automatically smoothing :D :D :D :D

Ah ya DJ, Showtime took a look at it and cleaned it up a bunch. Thank you nofear and karpuha. DJ what do you mean that i dont have to model that part? Is it suppose to be flat and than let the normal map do the work?

Btw, remember, that in mxs the normals are blended at 100 degrees, meaning from a side view of a cylinder, 8 sides will make it look completely round. So for the seat, you need way less polys and it will still appear smooth.

Just started learning how to model. I attempted the atlas brace but it didn't turn out to well.

The front needs work I just kinda threw it together really quick. I'll probably remodel it.

I think that is pretty high poly for a neckbrace but that looks pretty good.
