.psd to .psp converter?

hi i downloaded dj's crf template and it was in a .psd file ( photoshop ) i use paintshoppro x2 which uses .psp as its save file type thingy.

is there any free software that can convert .psd files to .psp so i can start trying to skin ?? or is there any other ways around it ????

p.s i have had a look on google and couldnt find anything o and sorry if this is in the wrong place

Apparently not, he said he uses paint shop pro. PS is very expensive, some people may not want to spend that much.
