Editing a name and number onto a PSD with photoshop CS5

Hi,

I have had photoshop CS5 for awhile now, but dont really know what I'm doing. I've managed to edit a psd I have to put my name and number on it but whenever I save it and put it into my personal folder, it just shows up in game as the base skin I started with, no name and number at all. Could someone point me in the right direction here? I dont have a clue and youtube/google hasnt really helped me yet...

Yeah nice one. Not lazy you, I cant find it. Just searched again, even used ryan tate in my searches and still could find a solution to my problem. If i was lazy I wouldnt even bother tryin to do it myself or searching for it, I would have just asked someone to do it for me you clown.

My problem for those like old mate above is not that I cant do it, I can and have put name and number on the skin, I dont need help with that part, Its just that it wont show up in game after I save it. Im wondering if its something to do with the layer or something like that? Im not asking anyone to do it for me, I just need help with a specific part of the process.

did you save the file as a png and name it correctly?

Im not sure if I named it correctly, that could be the problem. How would I know if its correct or not?

Awesome, yeah all it was was a problem with the name I gave it when I saved it. Thanks heaps!

My video got taken down by the original holder of the video per my request, I'm going to start doing them again starting today. Look out for a new tutorial in a few hours going over editing text, color, adding files such as boots or logos, and saving (naming jms and skins)
