when I try to put it in my personal folder it doesn't let my like the file is messed up or something!!??

Right click where you downloaded it and press "Show in folder", Then drag that .saf into you're personal folder.

I'm not sure what the problem could be it's just a saf file so you should just be able to drop it in your personal folder.
