Sound & Skin editing

Hi guys,

I downloaded this replacement pack (http://forum.mxsimulator.com/viewtopic. ... nt#p866637).
I am currently using a 350sxf and the sound mod is sick! the thing is; it does not work on all skins; do you know how to solve this issue, do I need to amend something in the SAF skins to that it uses the update sound mod?

theres no sound mod in that pack lol. its just the rider and bikes

Blissy, if you add this replacement, you'll notice the 350sxf 2017 has the sound of a 450 with more rpms; + your answer is not really helping

There are literally two SAFs in there called "sound_replacement" but k

First of all download Notepad++ from here:
https://notepad-plus-plus.org/downloads/

If you want to add that sound to for example a 2016 250 SX-F, duplicate one of the sound_replacement.saf files, rename it to whatever you want, then open it with Notepad++, replace "58 350sxfv2016.braap" in the first line to a dyno of your choice.
For example:
"58 350sxfv2016.braap" to "58 250sxfv2016.braap"
then save it and put it in your personal folder.

thanks for the answer! Now i know how to change from a bike model to another. However how comes if i put a certain skin on the 350sxf 2017 (2016 in notepad++) the sound will apply and sometimes with another skin; it will not?
