Help me!

Hey guys, I'm new to mx simulator, and I'm just starting to get better at it... and ive downloaded a tonne of tracks and bikes etc, but most of them dont load in game, and i dont get it?! i download them... unzip using winrar into my personal folder and then put them on my guy in game, but when i start a race it says "cannot load 'whatever ive downloaded' " and the rider appears with the default kit... i dont understand what i'm doing wrong, can someone explain what i should do? thank you
