2025 SX Discussion
Re: 2025 SX Discussion
I think I'm still in denial.
Eli raced with a broken bone, Jett got out. Both by just dabbing a leg, what a weird injury. 2 weeks in a row, from 2 of the top contenders. Roczen with more bad luck with lappers, both going down and bike getting fucked. So sad to see him ending up 24 points behind from that incident. Once more Roczen with bad luck with lappers. Hunter .. did something. Webb and Sexton is in the mix, what a time to be alive. Sexton went down. Mookie won, never been happier when someone got their first win. Forkner hasn't hurt himself out of the season yet, so super stoked there. Peirce Brown broke his neck, back or something. Anstie doing well, McAdoo being crazy and riding.
Too many feelings going on.

Despite the loss of a few key players, it's still a great season! Webb quietly building steam.

Please Chase keep it together. The last time we had a Roczen vs Webb championship I basically stopped watching
Re: 2025 SX Discussion
I'd love to see it for kenny but damn cooper really is his kryptonite. When cooper is behind him he loses all race craft and skill. It sucks how much cooper gets in his head bc of how much better he his than him. I think we might see up to 7 winners. Kenny will get one and possibly might get one more winner randomly. The 250 east series will come down to our podium this week tho. Sucks how the first week of east coast was just riders going out left and right. Hopefully some of the guys out come back and play spoiler. Although chase and his inconsistency problems are going to make the 450 title fun to watch late season

Re: 2025 SX Discussion
Roczen wanted to get second so bad that first race but he had the wrong Cooper behind him. I feel so bad for Chase on that one, Webb cut down so hard and the lapper, who did nothing wrong, left him no space to correct so the moment he landed his front twitched and that was it. Seeing him on the side of the track after was tough.
250 has got to be a gg, JB with a shoulder, Shimoda with a finger, and Jordan with the lung that's gotta be all the fight Deeg needed to withstand.

Woot! Pit passes for Seattle SX and get to do Friday as well this time. Coming up on 40 years of Seattle SX in two years. Kingdome and tons of blue smoke back when we went back to Seattle a month later for Mickey Thompson Off-road Grand Prix. I really miss those! Anyhoo, Justin Hill will podium at his home race.

Naw. I'll be talking to him and shaking his hand in a good luck wish. His dad had knee replacement and won't be along. Been lucky with the w weather so far and race time still looks like no rain. Skolis! Skoliskoliskoliskoliskoooooo Hill! He doesn't have a lot of years left to podium here. If not Hill, then Webb!

Re: 2025 SX Discussion
Welp, I love a come-from-behind performance, but this really sucks for Hill. Instead of showing us how he can stick it into the top 5 or podium, he has to mount a comeback again. I know he'll get one. Perfect weather! Best I can remember in 15 or so years. Killer seats near everything we needed, signed gear and plastics from the #46 Tedder machine and not having to drive made it one for the books.
