@broland when you bake in substance make sure you use the naming method to bake.. merge your knobs name then knob_low for low poly and know_high for high poly and do the rest for the wheel.. the in your bake settings select use by mesh name

I didnt use a high poly to bake. the hub,rim,and rotor are somewhat high poly besides the tire. The tire indents i did myself (lol) by editing normal map in substance with a brush.
