Nice, I rode in a Dodge neon and went about 140mph or something like that... Felt like I was going to die. Then ride in a Corvette C5 z06 at 150mph and it is like nothing. Also, take the governor off! More fun .

Could be different for cars but I doubt it, for pickups you just get a tuner. So I would google (car model year etc here) tuner. And see what you come up with.

Yeah dude, beamers are amazing when going fast, you can tell they're designed for autobahn. I had an '89 5-series BMW and that thing was the smoothest thing to drive on highway speeds , lower speeds not so nice
