Re: Upcoming Models #2
Can i ask, what is the differance between this RMZ to his old RMZ?
Re: Upcoming Models #2
It's a whole new model from the ground up. Put the two side by side and you will notice the old one is lower quality and less accurate.

An Update:
- Most parts baked, not all done yet.
- Some skinning has been done, this image only shows the normals applied.

And, you have put norm on all object ?

I try to bake as many objects as I can or until I can't stand it anymore. Other than that il just edge split.Kamloops wrote:This is all bake norm ? Or also norm done with photoshop ?

That's strange, in the viewer its looks much thicker, marmoset uses active ambient occlusion for the render, so maybe, that has something top do with it.Ballsfalsky wrote:looks to me like the front brake lever is a tad bit to thin.

Do you use Blender to bake, or a different program?attacker5 wrote:An Update:

Re: Upcoming Models #2
I use 3ds Max, sometimes xnormal, for complicated parts.
Re: Upcoming Models #2
I've been trying to model the One Industries chestprotector. My question is, since I want it to be as low poly as possible, do I just model the shape and make it flat and let the rest be taken care of by normal maps? Or do I try to model it?
Heres what it looks like:
