CRF250 for you guys.
I plan on doing Wharton graphics. I just think he is too sick. Along with those Geico Powersport Hondas. Anyway all tips are welcome. Let me know what you guys think.

goddamn that looks amazing. i was just playing around with the wireframe then and my stuff looks like utter garbage in comparison to that.
the back end is particularly impressive, very realistic

The reflections on the numberplates look off tap. And as gordy said, the back end looks really realistic. My one complaint is that you have over done it with the darkness on the bottom half of the shroud

To be honest with you. I'm not that impressed with this.

This bike looks drawn, and not photo real (which is what you are aiming for I think?) I seen better from you and you really SHOULD start playing some with the overlay settings. As by the looks you still use the same settings I gave you about a year or maybe 2 ago.

This looks a LOT better than the CRF to begin with.

The back end could use some drastic changes though as it's off from what it should be (model seems off in that area as well, airbox cover is a lot different on the left hand side(top on the skin) compared to the right hand side(bottom on the skin)).

Same with the swingarm, that just looks very dull and misses a lot of detail in my opinion.

The dirt and scratches. I think you should start to examen some 2nd hand bikes and take a close look at where the wear and tear starts to build. Because as for now it's in a few very odd places and a bit overdone.

Overlay settings? What'd you mean? And I think really the only parts that look "hand drawn" that you mention it. Are the shrouds, maybe the airboxes.
Thanks.

You still use 60% Linear Light as layer overlay setting for your shadows by the looks of it. Linear Light on it's own does not achieve a photo real result at all. I know I used that setting for a good while as well, as I gave you it. But I stopped using that setting all together about a year ago.

Here are some flat MVA2009 CRF's:

You better be careful. I think showtime has a watermark remover.

Okay so what do you recommend. Or do I have to find out for myself. By the way I like the hondas.

I posted the honda's to give you an example on how I would do it. Think a picture explains more than a few typed words.

As far as settings go. I'll let you experiment with it a little first. There is no learning element if I'd toss you the settings straight away.
If you have trouble finding something better, or when you think you found something you'll like.. Then and only then I will pass you the settings. ;)

We already had this discussion a few weeks back. In short, unless some things change he will not be releasing material for MXS.
