HELP PLEASEE

eyy i download the game some weeks after and i dont know if its the demo or the full version because some guys told me that only buying it i can use the full version... but in the game i can add some skins and a lot of tracks and also i download a path here in the mxsimulator.com and now i can play online so if somebody can respond me if in the demo version i can do all the things i have been doing and also tell me what are the basics path or updates i have to download to have the complete game
please for someone these could be a stupid question but now for me is hugeeeee
and sory for my english!!! lol i am from argentina

well first off did you actually buy the game? and only in the full version you are able to do all those things, so yes you are playing the full version of the game
and its not a stupid question, everybody is new once
