"Client Track Modified" issue with stock tracks?

So every time i try to join a server that has a stock track on it it says the client track is modified although i have done nothing to them and i dont even have editor in game? anyone know a fix?

forgot to add but ive tried reinstalling sima and it even happens on some of the elsinore servers such as 02 it does it although the track is the latest FAMMX track

If you don't have problems on elsinore:19800 the other server must be running a modified version of the track.
