So does your UID sort of tell people when you bought the game? or is it random for example

If my UID is 37000 and i see some one that is UID 35000 does that mean he bought the game before me??

Another example just in case the first one is not clear.

if I bought the game in 2020 march 22nd and my UID is 37000 is it safe to assume that some one that is UID 37050 bought the game after 2020 March 22nd ????

I upload them in order but I'm not sure exactly how BMT allocates them. It's mostly sequential but not always.
