Ok, now i dont know if it is, but im pretty sure i saw a guy with a screenshot where he edited the png file for the speedometer or rpm gauge, where can i find this file to edit. Thanks.

It's an image that you can put in your appdata folder (that's where i put it) named "tach.png".
Here's one that i have, but don't actually use:
