there is a tutorial on this clip, and there is others who have posted this exact clip on youtube, I didnt really add anything to it. I don't really like it to be honost. mainly because it would be hard to fit it in somewhere. but I was just wanting to see how ppl took certain effects such as this.. :) .. I normally don't do the tutorials but this one stuck me a neat.
