well, just got my drawing tablet today and figured this would be a perfect project to learn on. Here is what I have thus far. Its fork tubes, frame, and a beginning top triple clamp.

First skin ever, what do ya think? Not completely done with the design, but I threw some logos on to give you an idea of the Social Network Kawi theme.

I would advise you put a lot more small, thin highlights into the fork, if you look at a real fork, you will see it reflecting small lines of light from the environment around it. Adding this small detail really makes it stand out, and don't be afraid to use colors other than white for light and black for shadow. Also, metal generally has a very slight tint of blue in it, so try that out on your frame. Hope this helps.

One thing is for sure, that speckles is not caused by uv problems. And so far, my uv problems didnt seem to halt any good work.

As in uvw problems i meant the tripple clmaps are unwrapped very small. Stuff like that. The bigger it is the more detail.

Ok i see, sorry i read my post afetr, it sounded a bit harsh, didnt mean that sorry.

But, the wireframe, even the latest one i posted is still quite different from the one on the bike, as i was skinning, i changed the uvs to fit perfectly and have high res. The trippleclamps are moved, much bigger space now, frame is a tad smaller, hand guards are bigger... ect. Im not going to post the new wireframe, since everyone is just skrewing about, those who feel like they want to help, add me on msn or pm me. :D

-The triple clamps are spread out too far on the fork legs
-Someone had some edgesplit problems, there is a triangle of hard edges on the end of the swingarm
-The swingarm doesn't line up with the hub right
-The chain looks a bit thin
-A good edgesplit job could do wonders for that whole bike

-Seat looks awesome
-Sweet forks
-Love the pipe
-Good job on the shrouds

I know nothing about modeling and all that but I figured you could use some positive things about the bike after all that :D
Thanks for all your work but Timferry did point out some pretty noticeable problems.
