Have you thought of how you're going to unwrap it, since there's not a whole lot of room left on the current rider uv? Unless you plan to re unwrap everything to make room for it? It's looking real nice so far though

thanks guys for the comments :)

yeah about the unwraping, it's the only thing that borders me right now with this model :(
I think I will just put it on the jersey wire. it will be not that great because you can't hide it with alpha maps as you can with the leatt brace, but I think it will be not necessary as I will make more versions of the rider body, so you will be able to choose which one you want to pick.

Or second possibility(not sure it's possible  ) just expand the current wireframe from 1024x2048 to 2048x2048 so there will be plenty of room for it :) but I don't like this options too much!

thanks man, you know rmz is long distance run, so I need some smaller projects to keep my attention :) astars brace is almost done, so I started this one :)

it my goal to fit the leatt brace under that protector ;)

Hmm. That seems like a good idea. I kind of like it.

you gotta go to edit mesh mode and move it backwards and adjust it that way if i dont miss, dont forget to apply rotation and position to ob data or whatever that button where called.

Line it up, select the yamaha section, snap > cursor to selection, select the rmz section, "center new" button. Then rotate 90 degrees when you're finished

need to figure out the uvw placement :) and need to reduce some polys, because most of the things can be done with alpha/normal maps :)
