it is loading the wrong swingarm.jm file. You must have an old file in your personal folder. Delete all old yamaha or ktm files.

the problem is i cant find any other yamah files ill search harder i guess

the DJyzf update pack and the rockstar skins and DJs decals skins were included in the .saf i dont remeber exactly what its called but look for something close to what i said and delete that file
thats what fixed it for me
