I don't have a problem with that part. The tracks are left un-saf'd to allow people to learn from them and use them as a tool.

I do find it a bit ironic he was looking for textures from someone else for a track he didn't intend to release.

In this case, he did everything right unless he was planning to release it or told someone else it was his - which is where the stories don't match up.

Look at who posted the first threatening post on this topic, some suggestions were made and he put the person down with insults.

Off topic: He used to accuse me of cheating every single weekday race in his Aussie SX series for MVA and he was beating me? He would beat me by like 10 seconds and I'd beat 3rd by like 45 seconds and he banned me for "thinking" I cheated, then when he figured out that I wasn't, he said I cut the track, and banned me for that from his series. Abuse of power, maybe?

I was tired of riding the track with the displacement because at the point of me being finished with it i wanted to know how it would look with ruts and shadows etc.

I hated riding on it especially since the height map from sim tracks are normally Black to white instead of a base of grey to white like most mva tracks. I really hope you dont mind checkerz too much as i typed out that whole reply as truthful as possible to tell you the whole story. I never knew or felt the story would be brought up here But now that it has the only thing it has done was hurt Chuck in the end... They are now my favorite tracks from sim as far as being aesthetically pleasing, fun over long periods of time, and noob friendly Thanks checkerz. Hope youre not mad.

i never denied ripping the track... i technically never ripped it i was just trying to get better. he said you ripped a track i said no.

ps I know jlv can ban whoever he wants but jeez lil harsh atm ure banning these people who are not known community wide as arrogant mean people, that say 1 thing out of line and get banned yet what bout the people who have been cussing people and putting people down since the day the forums started there are so many of them I know from when I first released skins in mxs I know from when maniacs moved to sim so many people swore and cursed at us yet now it seems u have run out of patients with these people and banning 1st time offenders that possibly haven't caught on to you been a lot more harsh in the past weeks because they don't troll the forums like the people who should be given the boot.

Chuck has been doing this to me forever. also on the forums. when he curses me out its just immature. This will be my last post in this thread (hopefully), but he is an adult and should know better. I just got into MVA on PC, knew you made tracks in reflex, etc. worked for thq. played MVA on console my whole life growing up. and knew you made MXSim tracks. So of course when i was going to try to convert a track from Sim to reflex that wasnt Saf'd it would be one of yours (or motoboss's)... Anyways, i NEVER had the intention of releasing this track.

I was using the touchpad on my laptop and MVA editor. trying to change your jumps. make your sections different from how people rode them in sim. Practice making ruts, change the double to dragon back by making just whoops. Basically just playing with the editor you know? I added ruts, changed the whoops, the wall, made after the start gnarly sand, flattened out the whole last seciton and rebuilt it based on the height map because i fucked it up A LOT. And i eventually got tired of using the height map as the texture map.. SO. This is where Chuck comes in (no childish nicknames like A-Douche). I asked him if he could make textures because he, pulse, james, devin, baker, etc. (all the maniacs guys) could all make good tracks and textures but Chuck was the only one busy. He helped me out alot. Actually helped me with the height map and i was going to try to make my own tracks after that because i felt like i had become such a better track maker by actually using Editor so much instead of a blank canvas and not knowing where to start.

Here's some free advice. When you've modified someone else's work and show it to someone else, the first thing you should do is tell them it's not your work. It's pretty obvious that if you omit that key fact any reasonable person will assume you're representing it as your own.

And about telling them, i guess i didnt think about that. It was a long time ago and the first time id ever tried to do any track making. Definently dont have the skills so wont try any more. Thanks Jlv.
