JLV created an ffmpeg recording script. If you search ffmpeg, it should come up fairly easily. You can adjust the fps, resolution, codecs, etc and the game runs in slow motion in order to get a smooth, high FPS recording. It's great.

You can also use MSI Afterburner if you don't want to mess with the recording script, though. It's a free graphics card utility with a screen capture option that gives little to no framerate drop.
