yes the wingarms have a different set of graphics underneath them. So they aren't transparent under the logos.

You need to get a photobucket or imageshack account to do that. Just put the picture on it and when it's up copy the direct link and paste it inbetween the [img]and[/img] text that shows up after clicking the Img button in the forums.
