Which view do you like to ride in & why?

As title states just wanted to see who rides in what view & what are the advantages & disadvantages do you think?

3rd. I like to see my whips and scrubs as they happen. In races it definitely helps with being able to know your surroundings a little better. I rarely ever get punted because I can hear/see when someone is coming in hot and just square them up.

I'll say it again...1st person= sim. 3rd person=arcade. Learn it, know it, live it.

I use 1st because 3rd person camera wasn't an option when I started playing. You had two options, use helmet cam or GTFO.

Then when he made all these different options for height and angle I was sold for first person.

Are you sure? Pretty sure we both played the pre-releases and I always had 3rd person view. Guess you didn't have a tab key?...

1st. 3rd person feels really floaty and weird, I always overcompensate the steering in 3rd too.

In one of the pre-releases he made it possible because so many people were asking for it but when I started in it wasn't there.

I use first for many reasons, but the main thing being the placebo affect of 3rd person looking so slow and un stylish when your playing.

Yeah there is slower feeling to 3rd person that is for sure.

Bricks 1st person is hard to get a hang of at first but once you do you'll see what the game really has to offer and how its addicting. I feel as if the game was made for 1st person and actually has a realistic feel to it once you get used to it. If your on TS tonight i was help you out with FOV and such and see if that helps any

not going to lie though. I think its actually easier to ride in 1st person. the 3rd person camera in MXS is very stiff. plus with line choice your better off being in 1st person. cant ride in 3rd person to save my life any more. but knowing were the front tire is and where it is facing is very important.

3rd. I wreck enough as it is in 3rd person, and 1st person makes it a lot easier to wreck

I ride first person because I can see more objects, ruts, and bumps letting me avoid crashing.
