Really it is WELL worth it really. Honestly would do it over again. It is one of those games that i feel like will be around forever and will be constantly growing and getting better.

Once I learned the all of the purchased content AND rankings are yours for life (regardless of lapsed membership!), then it was a lock.

DP, but added all of my purchases up and have 600 dollars just into content and membership fees for 2 years. Holy hell

That is not including my Wheel and upgrades I have made just for this dayum "Hobby"
It is officially not just a "Video Game"

No, just the stuff that I will ever need. There is pointless stuff that I will NEVER use that I have but other then that I'm set.

I like iRacing and what not but that is just way to much money to spend for a game.. So much other stuff you could buy with $600 then you are going to go buy a whole new setup. I don't know just seems like a huge waste of money to me. Alright Mark now it's time for you to yell at me.

Why? There isn't so much other stuff I can buy for $12/mo. Especially stuff that I don't already have. The list of things I want now are a new dirt bike and a home. If I average my iRacing spending to $20/mo. (way under that at this point) I can save that by not going out for wing night one week a month, and I don't need the wings anyways.

Once you get out of school you'll learn that $600 over 2 years is hardly a drop in the bucket. My rent alone is $695/mo. or $16,680 over that same two year period.

I should add for the reasons I listed in my first paragraph the cost is justifiable. As you have clearly stated for someone in your position it is not. And I'm fine with that.

Did 7 Star Mazda races this week. Ended up winning 3 of them! Here's my best race I think. SR shot up and iRating went up to 1700. Highest its ever been!
