Well, my opinion is close similar to Brian Gideon's one. We all know all the work you have behind, and all that stuff but...
I feel it really ridiculous that you are "blackmailing" asking 1k likes on your pages, or IF NOT you WON'T release your stuff you've been working on.
I know it doesn't take anytime to click on the stupid "Like" button. But I feel like that's not fair to make it, and IMO it's ridiculous.
Anyways, The bike is pretty cool, but i think the pack, is just to simple. It just has 1 skin, wich in my opinion I don't really think it fits to me.
It would be cool to have the template, or somehow to have more skins.
And as everyone said, i'm not disrespecting anyone. I'm just giving my opinion about it.
*Now everyone will say same as always: You don't like it? It's easy, don't use it and delete it.

Not having any bad meanings against anyone, not against Andy or John or p2sta.
But this drama from everything, why couldn't people just relax and stop always choosing a side.
If you're not sure about how you feel when someone releases your work with "updates", then don't give your work for that guy or at least tell him during the progress that you don't want this or that to be changed.
Again, I don't want to cause bad feelings for anyone.

I don't feel it is ridiculous or blackmailing. They did drop their request so it's not as though they being unreasonable. To me that is a small thing to ask of the people you provide FREE content.

I feel as though the 1k request was more than a reasonable thing.
I personally have NOTHING wrong with that as something to ask for in return.

Although it would have been nice to have the stock kit, not that I care overly much.

Quick question to those that say its "blackmailing", when you go to the shop and buy a cookie for $1.
Do you complain that there "blackmailing" you to pay this $1, it might not be much but its still more than 1 FB like.

I think you need to search the definition of blackmailing. Also, he doesn't have to release shit, its his work (with the help of others) they can do whatever they want with it.

Its like a ebay reserve price, the seller sets his price and you bid your way up to it to win the thing that is being sold. Are you saying that the seller is blackmailing you to pay up to the reserve price and if you don't reach the price he won't give you the object that is being sold? I know that's a pretty far out their analogy but it gets the point across of how stupid it is to say we got blackmailed.

And i still thinking the same. I really apreciate the work they do man, if not this game wouldn't be the same... I can't even imagine this game with out tracks, gears, bikes, models, constantly updates by JLV, and it's all for free. But man, they work for free and i think they do because they love or atleast like to do it. If i could be able to do some useful thing for this community I would. And i wouldn't ask for anything, it would be enaugh to know i've "superate?" myself, and people likes what I do, and they are thankful to me for making things for them.
I always said thanks to this guys, I didn't mean to make any rage on noone, I was just telling my opinion right?
We can't all have the same opinions, we don't all know the same about what does it takes to make models, tracks, skins or what ever, but for sure that we all know how to piss people and disrespect. And I include myself on'em.
Anyways Thanks again guys for that, hope template will be released soon and we can try to make some better skins for it.

And sorry because maybe it was not the best apropiated word to call this "blackmailing" I just figured out what it means on google translator lol.

I'm pretty sure the stock bike will be in the 2012 release (obviously) so they didn't worry about it. The point of this release wasn't the model, it was for the skin primarily, so making the stock skin would take away from the purpose.

not saying Dani were wrong by posting this,but i just think,guy who liked pages and wanted bike so bad they will know when bike will be relesed,but now again guys who didnt made anything and didnt liked pages,didnt puted any small effort will get this bike
