No you use the throttle to pivot the bike
kawirider238 wrote:And all I do is turn at the top of the berm and nail the throttle at the bottom?
No you nail the throttle as you initiate the turn. Just like in real life. You brake to the apex (pivot point) then accelerate thru the rest of the corner.

hi mxf cobra, i was interested by what you say, and please if you have some tips for the suspensions settings, on like standard motocross track?? i m a bit lost on this? and on track like valkenstraad, lifestyle... i struggle so much? maybe a little tips from the more" best lap" rider??? thanks a lot

The phisics we had was perfect i think..Don't make any change to this phisics! i'm scared if now with this snapshot we can't cut the turns, i'm going to ride very slower... :s it's like the game would be more "arcade" with this snapshot.. i always ride with cutting the turns... and i think it's one of the most great aspect on this game
And last thing: Maybe some people don't like the phisics cuz it's to hard to ride on slower tunrs, but, try to modify the suspension settings !!! That's why some riders are faster... I can't ride faster with stocks suspension...
Thats what i was thinking last night. It feels "arcade" like now.
I personally don't like the new dabbing, I wash the frontend out even more now. I will stick with the previous snapshot. If anything i think it needs a hair more frontend traction.
Not too bad, annoying on a few turns if you go a bit wide on accident, since he just keeps pushing you further and further out. I still think it would be a good feature to add in the menu to be able to have the choice of him picking himself up after a crash, and then a separate option for him to point you to the next gate. Right now I don't have any extra buttons to use for the sit/dab and it's annoying sometimes when he's trying to turn himself around to the next gate.

Just doesn't seem smooth to me now, It's like my bike just flops over after i turn so far. i'm using an xbo360 controller and adjusted the deadzone a little. In the secret menu under stability i acctually have to turn my direct steering down to 75 to be able to have any control this game decent even in the old snapshot. The new snapshot made it even worse, kinda weird.

What does changing the deadzone do and how do I do it?
i like it better. I tested it on Indy and Dallas supercross's for tight tracks. I can turn better and im running close to the same lap times so im much happier with this one
The turning is Awesome The feel of game is so much more realistic, it kinda jumps out of ruts if your suspension is not set up right but if you got it right its awesome, the only problem is when he sticks out his leg its just straight down it should be lifted up a bit
