30,000ms offset in elsinore 19803 server

I have horrible lag in the elsinore 19803 server, my ping is about 300 and my offset is at about 30,000. But this is only happening on this server, I am fine on every other server. No one in the server is having this problem except me. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Turn your graphics wayyy down. Make sure shader programs are off too

Your ping and offset ms have nothing to do with graphics. It has to do with your connection.

I've been having problems with my ping as well, the offset is usually extremely high. I have very fast internet speed and a fast PC so this shouldn't be happening. Possibly the servers are having issues?

I'm pretty sure it does. I has shader programs on and it was lagging my game to 10,000 offset. Turned them off and ran normal

Graphic settings should not affect the connection to the server only the fps

The offset is the lag between your PC and the connection to the server IIRC.

So, if you're running graphics that are way too high and your game freezes, you will get an offset equal to the time you lost during the freeze. If you're having issues with freezes and glitches, it is best to turn your graphics down so that you can run the game smoothly and without a stupid high offset. Normal for me is 7-15ms.
