Is this on at the same time as Arenacross racing? If i did the timezones correctly, arenacross starts at 9:30am my time, and this starts at 10am my time?

We start at 8:30 p.m. PST. All of the other rounds have ended much earlier than 10, and this track is one of the shortest of the series so you will be fine to do both.
