This has been going on for the past 5 races I was in on the stock server. I am sick of this slamming into me playing demolition derby with the other players cutting the track, cutting people off. It's annoying as all hell. Here is a beginning of a race where he punts me in the beginning. His number is 151.
Time: At the starting gate he turns his bike towards me [I'm 7]
Time: Cuts track @ 0:13 seconds
Time: Full throttle demolition derby @ 0:25

He quit after that cause I finall got sick of his crap and called out his UiD and stuff in the comments so he got scared and left.

Honestly this guy just needs to know that he can't just keep joing this server and ruining it for everyone. Thank you for your time.

The cut was because he was bumped by someone. My guess is he thought you were the Honda that bumped him.
