2014 AMA Outdoor Nationals Discussion

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Bummed that Wharton isnt doing mx. Supermoto seems like the wrong direction. I had him picked as a title contender for sx this year but that obviously didnt work out.

Rode at Glen Helen this Thursday. So sick to ride with all those guys, at one point Decotis passed me before the big tripple, whipped it backwards and looked at me, I was so stoked. :P Anyways, if I was going to make pics based off of speed I saw( I fully understand it is just practice ), I would have to say it will be a sick battle between Pourcel and Seely. Anderson will do well, but I just don't think he will be on Pourcel and Seely's level. As far as 450s go, Alessi was ripping . He used to be one of my favorite riders, but kinda let me down the past few years, (especially the year Dungey won outdoors). I know JS7 is coming in swinging, and I think he has a good chance. If Alessi holeshots though, I think he also has a strong chance at winning. But, if JS7 rips the holeshot I don't think anyone will be able to beat him, except for himself.

I heard he is racing Glen Helen and possibly a few more rounds, as Canadian nationals start after Murican Nationals. (Murica #1)

Alessi could win but Alessi won't let him, if you follow me.

JS7 or BM24 are my picks. I like TC41 too and would like to see him do it, this time he has just as much time to prepare as the rest so if he can stay healthy it'd be sick for him. For 250's I really like Pourcel, I don't have confidence in him but I would love to see him do good. I'm really hoping PC has a good year, BB and DD specifically.

TC41 was looking very fast as well. Durham also put his wheel in my face over the wall jump. It was a good day. 8)

Metcalfe won't podium guys, just because he's on RVs bike won't make him RV. He won't beat Stewart, Dungey, Alessi, Canard, Barcia, Roczen, Tomac, Reed, Millsaps, etc. At least the first round he won't, I say he'll be around 5th-7th.

I don't, either. My best friends are the kind of people who commit to do something, then quit 10% through it and leave the country!

There was a similar sentiment towards Jean Michele Bayle. Just general disregard for the French or foreigners.
