Forgot Hepler was a Suzuki guy, the helmet reminded me of him for some reason.
It's definitely somewhere around 2001/2002. Only rookie I can think of is Justin Bucklew, but I thought he was 158, but that'd be my next guess. Otherwise the lack of guesses is looking like it could need a hint.
