if you want to get better.
1. use "real" lighting, you are racing on a track, so you would think there will be sun/sky lighting setup, but from your renders it looks like you have a plane light or a point light, which is not technicaly good. try to learn more about Global Illumination and HDRI lighting
2. front wheel spins too much IMO

Are there any .blend or OBJs that have an Armeture on ALL the joints? Fingers, Ankles, Neck, Upper Body, Lower Boddy.

then highlight just the pants, and gloves, and neck bit, then press X to delete

The light looks still pretty sharp tho. It seems like he's in a photo shoot with those big flashes.
