It isn't though. It's advertising. What people pay for is a service (making the gear). The gear isn't skinned for MXS by the companies then sold cheaper by others.

are you dumb? its just like in movies, if they use a chevy or whatever they have to pay or have permission from the company or they can get sued. thats why in some movies where the cars are relavent they blur out or take off the logos. its not advertising when the company does not ask for it. its taking an idea that is made make it yourself and sell it agian. which is plagerism

You really don't understand so I'll help you out. People are not selling the gear, people are selling their services to make the gear. It's labor that is being paid for, not the gear design.
