It isn't plagiarism though, I can promise that. It isn't being passed off as their own design. They are crediting the products they replicate.

Also, Fox isn't in the business of selling MXS skins. They sell motocross pants and jerseys. Honda sells motorcycles.

And your point about movies is wrong. If you want logos in the movies, you have to pay. If you don't pay, they aren't going to give you free advertisement. There is a liability there too, but has nothing to do with featuring the real car in a movie.

I shot a movie of cars driving by on my street and posted it on youtube. Am I going to get sued by Chevy because I didn't get their permission?
