Video 180p 60Fps With what record ?

I use Fraps to record video at 1080p 60fps with Sony Vegas 13 for the rendering, but it's not as pretty as that:

I use nvidia shadowplay. Dxtory is common.

I graphic card is a AMD 280X maybe "AMD Gaming Evolved " will do the job ? Because i don't find shadowplay for AMD

Only nvidia card has that shadowplay feature. Try dxtory

So I tried with Dxtory rendering is not the best.
I still have a try with OBS.

The video owner said he used Fraps with Sony vegas plugin:

I have X-Split with a license (normally used to livestream by people, but you can also local record) and i can record 1080p 60fps without any issues. (I7 4470k / gtx760 4gb)
I also have OBS which worked good but i personally preferred x-split over it.

Never tried N-vidia Shadowplay, gonna test that soon
